Why Aqua Blend?

Classic food colorings (Oil Blend) damaged royal icing or made macarons crack. Thanks to their unique pigmentation, Aqua Blend colorings will be your best friends for transforming oil and fat-sensitive products into bold and brilliant pastries.

How to use it

Before you begin, use the bottle cap to puncture a hole in the seal and shake the bottle well. Our pigments pack a punch, so go slow when coloring, starting with a few drops and mixing as you go.
Tip: If you have time and for best results, let your mixture sit overnight.
